- lodge your Compliance Reviews each year to ensure you get paid the subsidy you expected.
We have sourced property from across the country so you can diversify your portfolio and choose the investment that suits you best. Where we offer something interstate we visit the location, see the developer's previous work and ask local PRDnationwide offices to assess the value offered and rental values proposed.
Arranging finance for your new investment is vitally important. We are aware of 3 year Fixed Rate deals currently available at rates as low as 6.15%. We know some banks will lend on better terms than others for NRAS properties. If you need advice on finance we will refer you to a reputable Finance Broker who can assist. PRDnationwide do NOT take referral fees from Finance Brokers and have no formal relationship with any Broker.
We will visit your investment property during construction to ensure construction is progressing smoothly and assist you at any time if you need our help or have a local representitive visit the site if interstate.
PRDnationwide will apply our experience as an approved NRAS housing provider in the management of your property and submission of annual Compliance Reviews. Our rental management fees are competitive and simple to calculate, so you will know exactly what you will be paying. Where the property is interstate we will have a local PRDnationwide office manage the property for you.
